When can I expect to receive my order?

Products in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri), some products out of stock can still be ordered and will be shipped within 7 business days (Mon-Fri). You can see the specific warehouse status in the description of the product in question.

IF YOU LIVE IN DENMARK

Orders shipped to Denmark will be shipped with DAO to one of their pick up locations. If you do not know DAO yet, you can check them out at www.dao.as. DAO’s handling time is 1-3 days and therefore you can expect your order to arrive within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) if you live in Denmark. You will get a track and trace number.

IF YOU LIVE ELSEWHERE IN EUROPE

Orders shipped to the rest of Europe will be shipped with one of your local carriers to one of their pick up locations. The usual handling time is 3-7 days and therefore you can expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days (Mon-Fri) if you live in Europe. You will get a track and trace number.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to Denmark costs 9 Danish Kroner, shipping to all other destinations costs 19 Danish Kroner. It does not matter how much you have in your cart or how much it weighs. We think that is the easiest way to do it and that is why we chose it.

How do I return an item?

If you regret a purchase you can return any unwanted items to us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will refund your money. If you choose to return an item it is important that it is returned to us in unused and resellable condition, this is why you should ensure that you wrap up the return package in a safe and secure way. We recommend using the same or similar packaging that you received the item in. Please enclose a note including your name and order number so we can identify you and issue your refund.

When you return an item you should know that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. For this reason we recommend that you ship the item with a track and trace number and insured - just in case something unexpected happens during transit.

The cost of shipping the returned item is paid by you, the customer, and will not be compensated by Kongstad Prints.

We accept payment via credit cards issued by or in collaboration with Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
